Which city is better to develop a career in aerospace engineering, Houston or San Diego?

I currently have the possibility to move to Houston or San Diego with my current company (not related aerospace). I will also need the possibility to get a good graduate level education in Aerospace. Considering all this as the main issue, but also thinking about the cities themselves. What would you chose?
